I won’t say installation was a breeze, I had to make modifications to my ceiling to accept it and then I wasn’t able to sync it with the remote....BUT I called customer service and they walked me through the process and it works well. However, they were currently hiring additional help, so that could have something to do with it. They do have good customer service.”
