I've been with Dr. Stoops for several years now. My care by him has always been attentive and considerate. He is respectful and thorough. As far as his staff...I am that difficult patient who was misunderstood (another patient and I had the same nickname I go by) and it got a tad bit heated and I got defensive, but we got past that and I didn't hold a grudge. I'm also that patient that if you're rude to me I'll ask you why, since I just showed up and your bad day shouldn't be taken out on me. But never have my two confrontations ever meant I was treated badly or rudely by anyone else. Also, the receptionist has changed and I've not had any problems, since. I did notice today when I called for an appointment that they know exactly who I am. Ha I was not asked what type of insurance I have. I was just asked if I preferred mornings or afternoons. She then gave me a suggested day, which is less than a week away. I accepted. I recommend Dr. Stoops because he has been a good Dr. I suggest you go for a routine visit and see for yourself. Lastly, I actually like his staff. They are nice and helpful. I have needed paperwork and they have always been prompt and friendly and...I've also never had any problems with my billing. ????????????????????
I give Dr. Stoops 5 stars for being a great doctor. Mr. Hinkle you have
apparently never seen Dr. Stoops, they have never let you down. You just
have anger issues. Miss Stanford, you don't know what your talking about. Also, why do we want to know about your insurance? Dr. Stoops is a great doctor because he works very hard to keep his patients happy. Even when he's having a bad day, he's kind to his patients and has a smile on his face.
The time frame to get an appointment has nothing to do with your insurance. You must have called the wrong phone number
