  Excellent service, had a problem with a device helped me resolve it with no problem... Alex is just great helped me with everything no matter how big or small or time consuming. thank You phelan for having such great customer service

  Great sales pitch and excellent service! Cesar and Alex were amazing. They helped me out and answered all of my questions.

  Great experience every time I go in, whether ots just to look around or actually purchase something and they always acknowledge me as soon as I walk in... feel very comfortable and welcomed in the phelan store!! Love the staff

  Every time I have been in the store, I have been treated with such respect and patience. Megan, the Manager is the one who signed me up for my new plan in September last year. She was great at explaining how the plan worked and patient with all of my questions.
  
  Since being a customer , I have gone in for several questions and phone plan/ adjustments that I wanted. Cesar & Jacqui have both handled some of my visits in the store and they have also been so gracious and patient with my "senior" type questions and requests.
  THANK YOU METRO PCS for having such a great staff in town to serve us and save us the trip into other communities to take care of our cell phone services! Also love the plans and free phones.
