(October 22, 2018, 10:34 pm)Before I start the only thing I wish is that I could give him more than 5 stars. Ok so I got a text this morning that lights were flickering power kept going off and on. First thing I started doing is calling around and trying to read reviews. I live in Phelan so there are not a lot of electric companies in my area. I had used another company before for another electrical issue and their customer service was horrible. Customer service to me is a huge thing in my opinion. Anyways he told me a small time range (4-6) that he would be able to be there. I made sure someone was at the location to let him in (due to the fact that I was at work) Only thing that I had asked him was to keep me updated. He sent me pictures and explained EVERYTHING, he was friendly and nice. When I got off of work he was almost finished, I called the person at the house to ask what did she think. Her exact words were, “he is professional, nice and most importantly he is thorough. As soon as he got there he began troubleshooting and running some tests to be able to locate the problem. As he was troubleshooting, he explain to me what he was doing.” He is very informative and she felt very comfortable with him. I will call him again.... AMAZING
