  Their phone customer service is great.
  On occasions I've received assistance from not so caring reps but the majority of times their customer service reps have gone out and beyond to assist me with my concerns and provided me with excellent customer service.

  I consistently have excellent customer service from Member Services at IEHP, not to mention the excellent medical care. On a recent problem with a provider that I had a referral, the Behavioral Health Department was exceptional in finding a solution to find another provider. This is the best plan I have ever had and I remember how bad the HMO's were in the 80's and 90's. Remember to be kind and considerate for IEHP employees as they are very well trained and there to help you!
