We are so happy to call Avilla Buffalo Run home! Mike keeps up such a clean community and Jonny always takes care of us. Our guests love visiting us and we look forward to growing old here.

Jonny the property manager has been really helpful. We recently had a situation with the towing company that was confusing and frustrating but he helped us figure it out in the end and made it not so harsh of a process or situation. The towing company is not great, but the Avilla staff are doing everything they can for the residents.

*What is not to love about his place? Centrally located to a growing Denver Metropolis, near DIA, quick jump to the 61st RTD train stop to get into downtown as well as within a block for the bus; not to mention access to the interstates. Shopping of all sorts within 10+ miles in most all directions.

Raul (owner, mechanic), is the BEST! He has been my Mechanic for about 20-years. Never an issue, never a problem.

The owner of the shop is very kind and professional. He actually takes the time to explain the issue with your car and charges good prices. Also, he is always very positive and always in a good mood. Everyone in my family goes to him.
