I was traveling into the Ontario Airport on 6/27/19 and requited a wheelchair which had been troublesome at other airports. I was greeted by Pamela Baca, one of your employees, who help me with greatest attitude and best personality. She took me to "Baggage Claim" and when we didn't find my luggage she knew exactly where to go to retrieve it. She was a joy to talk with and completed her job by escorting me outside to my ride. She deserves a raise or something. She made my trip even more enjoyable. I wish I could have her service everywhere I travel.
