UPEC Fitness - Golf Fitness Training Center

What a great facility. The people you are working with really care. Mark has been my go-to guy to increase my driver distance without losing any of my accuracy. Club head speed is up 5 miles an hour in 1 month and every now and then I get a little more than that. As a single digit handicap I thought I knew how to play golf. What I realized was I didn't know how to create power and I did not have the right fitness for it. I will update the review at 2 months and 3 months. If you want to play better golf and enjoy it more this is a must try.

Started with Mario and UPEC Fitness a year ago. Amazing transformation. Just played in a USGA event. Was forty yards in front of the two others I was paired with. Driver, 4-iron, to a 520 yard par 5 and it was a senior event. My body couldn't move that fast and stay in balance a year ago. Much Thanks!!!!

I have been working with Mario and the UPEC team for the past 9 weeks. The time is flying be; i have increased stamina and flexibility very significantly and have improved overall fitness.
