Great place to go for all your dental needs. Staff is friendly and takes care of your dental needs an expeditious fashion. Both dentists are great either one is an exceptional credit to their trade.
Dr. Tom Mercer and Dr. Shirley is a very patient, understanding dentist. I am a nervous patient, they take their time and explain whats being done. Their assistant is good as well. Also his office staff is great. Also what to give shout out Tanya the hygienist excellent as well. This office is the best in Rancho Cucamonga!!!!!
Dr. Thomas and Dr. Shirley are always professional and take extra care of patients that have fear!! Thanks for cleaning my teeth so well and making my visit great. My dentist for 20 years!

My family and I have been visiting Dr Tom and Dr Shirley for many years and have always been very impressed by their professionalism and kindness. We have visited for regular appointments and also dental emergencies. They have always gone above and beyond in their care of our teeth. Since we have to make a bit of a drive for our appointments, they always try to make scheduling easy and convenient, often doing minor procedures like fillings on the same visit. The exams and cleaning are through, never rushed, and I receive good advice on how to maintain my teeth between visits.
Their office is clean and inviting. All the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. You get to see the same people repeatedly, so I always feel like they really know me and my dental history.
I have always been completely satisfied with the care I have received from Dr Tom and Dr Shirley! I have recommended them to friends and family in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
