  I highly recommend Reaction Realty. Ron and his team are very responsible, honest, very active, always there for me when I have questions, they help the tenant if they have a problem right away. on the top of my house whenever I need help or my tenant. they helped me find good tenant with good back ground check. they don't just get anyone. his team is very good in helping me when it comes to any questions, fixing things, paperwork.. etc.. we really recommend this company they give 100% excellent job.

  After deciding to have my rental handled by a property management company, the next step was to find one that would handle matters well. At first, I was pretty discouraged at the lack of very positive reviews for companies in the Rancho Cucamonga area and even reaching out to realty companies that do not do property management for references didn't yield really good recommendations. In searching some more though, I noticed the reviews of Reaction Realty and was impressed with their website write up and when I called them to discuss the issue, they were surprisingly interested in helping and competently followed through just like their on-line video suggested. Ron and Sandra were sincere, obviously bright/well-educated and motivated when I talked with them. Their business ethic was superb and their follow through on everything I have asked them to do could not have been better. So I gave them mine to handle. Selecting a new tenant was actually easier than I expected and their vetting of candidates was also very thorough. There were a few issues with the rental that needed fixing that I had not noticed when I inspected the house after my last tenant relocated, and they handled the repairs with their handymen very well. Reaction Reality has been handling my rental for some 9 months now, and my overall evaluation of them is that I couldn't have asked for anyone any better. They are just superb and a really bright light in the realty business!

  I had a great experience with Reaction Reality last year when I asked them to handle and rent my house in Rancho Cucamonga. I enjoyed working with Ron and his wife who were extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. They know what they're doing and I would recommend them to anyone.
