(February 11, 2018, 8:40 pm)Visited a friend in our association of business and professionals men and women (if married) in the well maintained and attractive double wide park. All are well maintained and we've had a few get together barbeque dinners in the clubhouse. This being one of about a dozen visits I was surprised to see for the first time one if the units was for sale by owner, verifying what my friend said about this being a good place to hang up your hat and stay a while.
