Professional, friendly in parts. Service didn't want to answer questions or provide basic information. They did offer a diagnostic. I fixed it myself

Service was good, oil change, rotation and inspection. It took 50 mins from arrival to departure. I bought car from fremont location and used to service in fremont and they had water wash too, due to location change i got a chance to service with this tracy mazda.

Service was fine. Oil change, rotation and inspection 75 minutes from arrival to departure.
We have bought cars from this location before and it was startling to see the supply chain issues affecting inventory. Empty showroom and very few cars on the lot. Other dealerships locally seemed to have the same issue.

Best service department. Employees are always very helpful and explain what is needed with your service. Never do you feel the pressure of a sale. Every experience has been excellent. 9 years of taking my car to them.

I was in need of one new OE tire for our new CX-5 after a screw lodged into the sidewall of one of the tires. After shopping around with a few dealers in the area, and running into some issues with a local shop, I found that Tracy Mazda Service was the best option. They had the lowest price, compared to a few local Mazda dealers, and they were able to squeeze me in for service on the same day I called in.

I worked with Shannon, and her wait estimate was quite accurate as I was in and out in a little less than an hour. I inspected the wheels and found no damage, as can sometimes happen when tires are changed without care.

In the future, I'll give Tracy Mazda a call before I do other Mazda dealers in my area.
