(January 19, 2023, 11:44 am)If you need to speak to someone you need to start at 7:59 a.m. it states your wait time is one minute, but I had to wait 39 minutes. I felt it was the longest stressful time that I could have gotten disconnected. But the nicest guy help me and I was able to solve my concerns.
I did call at noon, but couldn't get in line, I called at 10a.m, but there was a maximum of people waiting so it kept hanging up on me. Good luck everyone.
