(April 15, 2020, 1:45 pm)A friend of a friend recommended Joel to me. I contacted him to replace my water softener and bypass valve. He responded quickly and sent his worker, Nick, to my home. Nick was polite, professional, and creative in getting the job done, which saved me money. I don’t want to get into what other plumbing outfits quoted me to fix the problem I had, but those quotes were far, far higher than what Joel charged me. Joel was exceedingly fair in his pricing, timely in his response, and Nick took great care of me. I also appreciate the precautions Nick took to keep us both safe during this pandemic. I’ll definitely contact this company for my future plumbing needs. Great service!
(April 9, 2020, 10:05 pm)Our heating system failed in the wee hours two days ago. It got very cold very quickly. I texted Joel Mejia at the company at 3:55 a.m. He texted back at 4:15 a.m. He had a man at our house before 9:00 a.m. that same day. We have heat again. Everything was done with a highly professional performance. My wife and I are grateful to the Joel and the company for saving us.
