Normally I don't write many public reviews, but I was so overwhelmingly pleased with the service from Ronny and Erin and InCycle, I had to add a review. I was in the market for my 'dream bike' and walked in with one in mind. Ronny spent so much time asking questions and offering options to make sure that when I made this investment, I made the best choice for me. He was patient, a great listener, and very knowledgable. A totally different vibe found in many of the bike shops that sell high end bikes and are 'bike snobs'. It's clear this shop can help you whether you are looking for an entry level bike or a gorgeous high end road or mountain bike. I felt respected, heard and trusted the advice that was offered. Bought my kids scooters from here for Christmas.. we had an issue with one but RAUL went out of his way ensuring that he got another one shipped to the shop always followed through with phone calls and kept his word great service!!!!
