  Brad and his team were great. We bought a house that needed a new roof for insurance to cover it. He gave me a written estimate/contract and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Once we were ready to do the install, they had the materials and job done within the week. The roof looks great and already held up to a strong wind storm. I highly recommend Brad and Coldstream Exteriors!

  One of the best companies I have personally ever dealt with. Brad was beyond professional. Showed up at our appointment on time, gave me a fair estimate and even showed me graphically how it was fair estimate. After getting 3 other estimates with Cold Stream being the 4th, I went ahead and pulled the trigger.
  
  Highly recommend these guys. The roof repair, attic cleaning and venting and new gutters were done and installed in the time I was quoted.
  
  Nothing but 5 stars from us here at Head Hunter Motorsports!!

  I had a great experience working with the Coldstream Exteriors crew. They were able to repair and improve our houses roof in a timely manner and were nothing but professional. I was very impressed with how informative the project manager was with his communication about our project. Overall, this is a great company with outstanding employees. I highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors for any of their repair services!

  Awesome place with friendly helpful staff. Once covid goes away you'll be able to sample flavors at the bar which is really helpful before buying!
