“My appointment was at 3:15. I got there about 3 and had a woman and her 3 kids checking in before me. We had our temperature taken and received an explanation of how things are being handled. Shortly after that 4 more people showed up. Lupe, my hairstylist, seemed to be in charge. She made sure everyone was handled in an orderly manner and no one was skipped. She made sure social distancing was practiced by everyone. She managed to keep open communication with me about the style I wanted. She was very professional and tried her best to get everyone seated and off quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism and the efforts made to keep everyone’s health safe. Thank you.”

She was fast, professional, paid great attention to detail, was VERY knowledgeable about hair and my specific hair type and seemed to be very experienced with cutting longer hair for guys. Again, I've never been this happy with a hair cut. The boost of confidence I got once I saw the results, was probably the most confident I've ever felt when it comes to how I look after a cut. And the whole experience while being there was also great, she's very good at keeping conversation, very friendly, she shampood my hair before and after the cut, which I really appreciate, not a lot of people do that. She even took care of my unibrow for me in the most awesome way. I HIGHLY recommend going to Kim. If you're looking for a new barber, just stop looking already, she's IT.
