“I went in the store to purchase a small pan to replace one I've had for years. The store salespeople were very helpful and friendly. While I was shopping there were numerous packages of comforters on the floor in various places. The sales people asked a few of the customers that were in the area if the packages (comforters) were ours. Since the packages were not any of the customers, a few of the salespeople started to clear the area, making it neater for the customers. Shortly after the area was cleared some customers (3 people) returned to the area wanting to know where their comforters were. They were VERY UNHAPPY about their items being returned to the shelves. As a customer who saw the whole situation unfold, I have to say; if the people wanted to purchase all of those comforters, one of the 3 people could have stayed with their choices or they could have had a salesperson put them at the counter. The comforters were all over the place and I think the salespeople did an EXCELLENT job trying to find out if the packages belonged to any of the people in the area and then clearing the area to make it not look as "tacky". I enjoyed my shopping trip and I stuck around to make sure none of the workers had any problems for doing their job. (None did)????”

“Yesterday was my first visit. So far I'm very pleased with Dr. Lin. My wait was the usual 10 -15 minutes. And his concern of what could be going on with me made me feel comfortable. They did a few test there which made my appointment a 2 1/2 hour appointment but throughout the whole time I was getting test done and being checked on. I got all my questions answered and he also ordered additional testing for me so I can get completely checked out. His nurse Cynthia was great and also made me feel comfortable. My next visit is in a couple weeks. If things change I will update my review.”

“Good place to shop if your obviously big and or tall. I been coming here for years. Not cheap. I feel that they have the same stuff year round. Great benefit is that your can order online and return to the store if it doesn't fit. The staff is professional and helpful. I wish they had more promotions and better prices. Because if that I am starting to explorer other avenues for shopping for specialty clothes.”

“My first time here and I was so happy with the entire process! I checked in and hardly had a chance to sit before the Dentist herself came out to greet me and take me to a room. (The waiting room was empty, btw) She offered to just focus on my current issue of tooth pain or do a full exam and come up with a plan. Having this as an option vs it being assumed swayed me to go for the long term plan option. The girl who took Xrays was super sweet and took care not to jam the plastic in my mouth (I know I'm not the only one to have had the opposite). The dental hygienist was gentle and worked quickly but was also informative in a helpful way vs feeling like you're being reprimanded (again, I can't be the only to have experienced the opposite). The girl who explained the benefits and copays was nice and discussed options. & I can't forget the girls at the front! Nice on the phone and in person. I overheard one of the girls trying to help a customer on the phone who was screaming at her, but she kept calm and tried her best to help until the dentist was available to talk. I had my 4 year old with me and throughout the entire process everyone greeted and talked to her instead of making us feel like she was in the way. Definitely recommend!!”
