As a Doctor of Education (EdD), I highly recommend MKLA to anyone seeking a high quality day care experience for their child in the Redlands area. We enrolled our son at 5 months and have been continually impressed with the professionalism and care shown to our family. The staff's expertise in early childhood education is exceptional and the consideration they show for our son's growth and development warms my heart. The smile on our son's face when we drop him off and pick him up is a constant reminder we made the right choice for daycare.

I would highly recommend MKLA for your children education! I had enrolled my daughter at 15 months of age and she just graduated preschool recently! All the teachers are dedicated educators who put 100% effort into teaching and nurturing the children. I’ll be enrolling my 6 month old soon enough and know that he is in the best of hands! My son and daughter have attended this school for the last four years and we have seen an exceptional amount of growth.

One of the features that I appreciate is the access that I have via there Brightwheel portal. This a secure pin access only app that shows your child's status throughout the day. Everything in the Brightwheel portal is time stamped so you can see when and who changed your child or if they went to the bathroom by themselves. Additionally, you can see if they had there morning snack, when they eat lunch and when they had a nap and when they woke up. During the day staff will add photos of your child so you can get a glimpse of them enjoying there daily activities.

As it relates to the Montessori curriculum it is very structured which I like and it is outlined for parents to review. The school provides information in the lobby for you to review what they are learning for the entire month and week by week. Full time and part time options are available at this school and they see children and newborns / babies. If you choose to enroll in the full time program your child will have additional classes that come with the Montessori curriculum such as gardening, music , yoga and Spanish.
