  The apartments used to be A+ but as of this year, it take multiple calls to the office to get repairs done. And when we need to speak to the manager it's takes weeks for her to return calls. We have to constantly leave voice messages because no one answers. The manager is new as of this year, we are hoping it get better the longer she is in the position.

  I love it here. It's been close to a year in one of the renovated units and I love calling it home.
  
  The staff has always been helpful and the neighbors, at least on my side of the property, are all pleasant and friendly. I love the landscaping and I've never had any issues requiring repairs.
  
  The unassigned parking spaces are limited if you are a multi-car family, but the property encompasses a full block, so there is a lot of street parking.
