The place has moved and the old owner has taken back complete control. The workmanship and quality has returned! Mr. Philly is on his A game. The roll back prices are sweet, and the current 3 builds and his lifts are AWESOME. Loved it before and now I love it even more!

I had a very unusual car situation a few months back, bc my engine just literally fell out while taking off from a stop. I called my good friend of several years, Philly, at BKG & asked if I could have my car towed there, since I was living up in the mtns at the time & didn't know any trustworthy shops. To say this was a difficult insurance claim is an understatement. It painfully went on for over 35 days, with one adjuster after another trying to figure out if my car was a total loss & was it covered under comp & collision. I loved the one question that I was asked, "If I was driving on a highway?" I wanted to reply, "No, I was 2 wheeling on the sidewalk in my Chevy Avelo." Anywho, without Philly's patience on this claim, my car wouldn't have got pd off (therefore sparing my credit), he got paid for his diagnostics, storage fees & even the last adjuster asking the impossible work on a late night, until I found out & reemed the adjustor for the absolute unprofessional way MetroMile was handling my claim. The end result was Philly at Busted Knuckle went above & beyond to keep a bad situation into a very huge financial loss for me. So I highly recommend taking your car or bikes to BKG, bc they go above & beyond to help a person out.

The owner is a fantastic wrencher, and his other two mechanics are friendly and outgoing, the secretary was extremely helpful and showed me close to 50 parts for my Harley Davidson, they have SOOOO much inventory, for a small mom and pop business I was very satisfied with this one.
