Kid's Land Academy

  I know that this is the best place for our son, who has been coming here for about three months now. To me, it definitely has a "family feel" to it. It is a licensed home-based day care, and it's obvious that a lot of time, thought and energy went into converting this home into a daycare. There is a lot of space for the children to have their circle time, play time, naps and meals, as well as a lovely playground outside with the special bouncy ground that a lot of public playgrounds have now. So many toys and art supplies too! There are never more than 12 children in attendance, so each child gets lots of attention and it really is like a large family. My son, who just turned three, can name the days of the week (English and Spanish), the months of the year and the continents. Besides this, we get pictures every so often, which I love, and special things a couple of times a year (graduation ceremony, Christmas concert, etc.). The staff are so lovely to work with, and the tuition is a very good value. When I drop my son off, he runs to the front door, instead of clinging onto me (he did this at the last day care), and when I pick him up, he doesn't want to go home sometimes. Thanks so much, Mr. Naresh, Miss Anyssa, Miss Janet and Miss Bena-- you make my son's days wonderful. He is well taken care of, AND he is learning something too.
  P.S. In the three months that we have been coming here (December to March), my son has not been sick even once. The teachers make cleanliness and hygiene a priority

  As parents of a 2year old boy who is attending this child care center, we are In absolute awe with the education our son has received thus far. Their approach to teaching, the care they provide for each child collectively and individually is exceptional. The center has events throughout the year that includes families, so we as parents have the opportunity to connect with one another. My son is 2 years old and knows his alphabets out of sequence, he knows how to annunciate each letter clearly without always singing in song. He knows how to count to 20 and identify numbers out of sequence, he can identify his colors (and not just the 8 general colors), can identify shapes and countries. The above is merely a short list of things that my son currently knows - there is so much more, oh - did I mention he knows his parents full name. The monthly charge is extremely reasonable. I cannot say enough about the staff - simple phenomenal. I receive videos throughout the day of activities my son engages in, which I simple share with families and friends and when I recommend this child care center (which I often do), I share my video and parents can get a visual of what is actually being taught and the care the staff gives. I, 100% recommend this child care center to all parents.

  Our youngest has been going here for daycare since he turned one, and we've been so happy with his care. He loves his teachers (LOVES Ms. Bena) and they've always been so sweet with him. They send photos and videos pretty often, which is such a nice pick-me-up while working. They also have a really good setup. It's a home daycare, but it's really set up more like a proper preschool. They have lots of different activities for the kids, and everything is out and available for them, which is great because they learn to pick up after themselves. They also focus on learning, and the kids work on drawing, tracing, writing, etc depending on their age and abilities. They have a great playground outside. Communication has always been really good. Everything is clean and organized. And my kids have always felt loved here, which was really important to me, especially since my youngest started there when he was so young.

  I had always stayed away from in-home day cares in the past. I'm so glad that we found Kid's Land Academy. The staff is wonderful and my kids are learning a lot more than I expected. It's fun to hear all the things they are doing. Highly recommend!

  My son has been attending Kid's Land Academy for over a year now and I must say that I am beyond happy with the experience. Academically, he has excelled in ways that I know he wouldn't have in any other school. The teachers are always flexible and understanding of any unexpected circumstances that arise. Kid's Land Academy goes above and beyond to celebrate the success of all the children. This really is a great time to get to know the other families as well as celebrate with the staff. I am so thankful for Kid's Land Academy and I appreciate all they do for the children that attend. My son is beyond ready to attend kindergarten this fall.
