  I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! If you’re looking for a good workout and a great friendly environment.... this is the place to go!!!! Every workout is different and if you’re consistent you will see results!!!! And let me tell you about the instructors...... simply put..... they are AWESOME!!!! They encourage you and help you meet your goals. What more could you ask for? And if you’re a beginner, don’t worry there’s modifications for everything and within time you will build your endurance up!!!!

  I love ILKB. It’s a great workout and no matter how much you build up stamina, you can always find ways to challenge yourself. The instructors are great at incorporating your needs into the class and everyone is so nice and friendly. They’ve built a community out of their members which only gives me more reason to come back.

  I didn't think I could get addicted to a workout regimen until I started iLoveKickboxing! I got bored of doing my same old workout routine and needed to change things up. I absolutely love that the classes incorporate HIIT and martial art moves. The classes are so much fun and you get an awesome workout out of it! Music is super upbeat and the instructors are fun and encouraging! You really do feel like you are part of a family! If you're even remotely thinking about trying this out, then stop thinking and do it! You won't regret it!

  I've been coming here for almost 3 months now. This is by FAR the BEST workout routine I have come across! The hour long classes actually go by quickly because you are constantly involved, moving, and it's never repetitive. I have never sweated so much with one workout! I feel amazing after each class, but most important...it's FUN!! In just a couple months I already feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. The instructors are awesome as well. I most definitely have bad days and do not feel like attending, but nothing is better than taking your frustrations out on a punching/kicking bag! Also, there is nothing intimidating about this studio. There are women and men of all shapes, sizes, ages, and training levels. This I Love Kickboxing studio welcomes all with open arms and the patrons are very friendly! Membership is a little pricey, but soooo worth it and you won't want any other gym membership after getting hooked on this cardio-style kickboxing!

  Great work out! Dedicated trainers with solid routines, you will not leave unsatisfied. Plus you really can't beat their introductory special. If you're even remotely interested in kickboxing or just an alternative type of work out, this place is highly recommended.
