  Candace was an absolute joy to work with. Understood our needs and desires, knew the market and the people, and found us a fantastic home (for us - i.e. in light of our peculiarities), pronto, and at a nice price. Plus, she's just fun to hang out with. Which I think kinda matters, a bit.

  I recently sold my home in Redlands and bought a new home. Candace was my realtor for both. She was truly amazing. She gave me good solid advice on what needed to be done to prepare my 40 year old home for sale. Like many I had a limited budget for upgrading my home. I took her advice and made the changes she recommended. I had interested buyers with in 3 days of listing my home and ultimately sold my home in 2 weeks for my exact asking price. This was a very stressful time and her support was invaluable. She was always available to help with any issue and answer all my questions. She really helped calm all my worries. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

  Candace was more than just a realtor for us...she was a superstar! She sold two homes and found us a home to consolidate our family (to care for my senior mother). All wrapped up within three months!! She listened to all of our concerns, even when her "time" was up with us. She continued w/beautiful concern and care.   Candace is the 'dream maker realtor'. She is very reliable. She gets the job done in a timely manner. Great personality. Great follow through. I sold a property and bought another and rented out all through Candace and she was excellent in all 3 transactions. Again, if you want the job to get done, Candace will make it happen. Highly recommend.
