  We were first time home buyers and are both very young. We had a lot of questions and were hesitant about the escrow process. We didn’t even know who to ask or how to get a realtor, one that we could trust. We happened to just run into Krystle Roth and we simply shared with her that we are looking at apartments initially. She went out of her way, immediately, to just answer any questions we had about the rental process and helped explain property purchasing as well. The next day, we both knew that Krystle would be the best realtor for us. She was extremely patient throughout the entire process and explained every single step. She had a wonderful attitude, and we truly felt like she had our best interests at heart from day 1.   Krystal was key in getting us the home of our dreams. She was always willing to meet us at a moments notice, responded promptly to texts, emails, phone calls. She is an absolute professional in the field, friendly and a go getter! I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell! She sold my parents home last year!
  Also her associate Madeline Meighan was super sweet. She took us to many showings to help us find out perfect home. They make a great team!

  We would like to give Krystle Roth our highest recommendation. She was amazing in every step of the buying process of our new home. She was totally professional and ethical in her dealings with us. She negotiated a very good price and an overall package for us. She helped to push through every little twist and turn of the long buying process. After the purchase, she continued to help by providing a long list of contacts who could repair different aspects of the property. She even took us to dinner when it closed, to celebrate! By the end of the process, we actually felt as if Krystle were more than our realtor – more like our personal friend. We feel that she is an outstanding realtor and a terrific person!

  I don’t know where to start. Thank you Krystle!!! Finding a home for us was not a walk in the park. I kept picking some crazy houses with huge problems in them. Even though we pulled out of escrow twice, Krystle was so patient with us. Krystle is successful and busy, but she did not hesitate to make time for us to see houses (trust me I chose a LOT of homes to see). Countless times she’s been there for us and every single time she will come with a smile. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and she makes the process so smooth! We are in a home that is perfect for us, and I can’t thank Krystle enough. Her high spirits and personality will make your day a better one.   I am a Local Probate and Estate planning Attorney at Silva & Silva Attorneys at Law and used Madeline and Krystal to help my client sale his home during Probate. There are not enough words to describe how amazing these women are. They worked with my client and myself which is extremely important when dealing with a probate sale.
