We went all over Redlands, Yucaipa, San Bernardino and Riverside looking at flooring and all we did was get more confused on what, how much, what surface etc.
We happened to stop in at Western and found a very welcoming lady (Jaime) pleasant and easy to visit with ... she took her time and was also a good listener ... we set a time for a free estimate.
The following day the actual owner Chris came into our home and that is where this review really begins.
This person was what I call an A-B expert ... very cordial and knowledgeable and very easy to be with.
Three days later we had all new tile in our kitchen and entry way along with carpeting in our dinning room ... for $800 less than we had been quoted elsewhere!
When you are looking for flooring, it can really be confusing ... after a while they all start looking the same.
We have been married for 53 years and I promise ... this merchant was the best we have ever dealt with ... I know that sounds a little funny, but it is true.
