Redlands Truck and RV Performance Center

I heard about them through friends and they've so far have lived upto all the expectations. It's hard to find a good RV shop but one you can trust is like a diamond.

Don’t like to give a 5 because I believe a5 should be unattainable But For recommendations I give it to them. Our condolences and prayers go out to Keith and the Redlands family on the passing of one of their fine service writers, Rolando. Rolando, Mike, Chris and their good customer service is what brought us back to Redlands RV. Kieth, Karen have really made great strides to improve the quality and service of their operation. Keith is always open to feedback, positive and negative. He makes necessary changes when needed. And always trying to reach that unobtainable 5 I recommend Redlands RV to anyone out there looking for honesty and integrity. Rolando will be missed and hard to Replace. RIP Rolando. Gary Mann

The customer service here is outstanding! The RV service is outstanding as well! Five stars all the way around. The service professionals are truly good at what they do and your RV is serviced right the first time. Very very satisfied customer!

A little over two weeks ago I had my ‘05 Tiffin Phaeton receive a 60,000 mile service here. We appreciated being able to stay in their very nice free full service RV park for two nights whilst the work was completed. They did a good job at a fair price in the stated time frame and all of the employees I interacted with were very helpful & extremely customer service oriented. They did add a little too much oil to the Cat engine but they have now completely rectified this issue. Thanks Guys, we will be back late this year or early next year.

I have been going to Redlands RV for 13 years and every time I have coach worked on, everything is great. All the staff are very professional and carrying. The Grove is a wonderful RV park. Keith and Karen are wonderful and caring owners.
