The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. I was seen at my appointment time which is a major plus with medical appointments. Job well done.
My experience with this place is excellent, they were very nice and not rude like some other places I would recommend this place to family and friends.
I was very happy with SimonMed. After I missed my first appointment, someone actually called me to see if I wanted to reschedule. With my hectic schedule I do tend to miss appointments here and there and having that reminder to reschedule was really helpful. So I scheduled a new appointment which I later had to cancel, and when I called back to set up a third appointment the gentleman I spoke to was able to accommodate us that very same day and at a perfect time for us. Once we were there, we felt well cared for. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. The appointment was exactly as long as they said it would be and we were done in time to get to another appointment we had at 3pm. Very pleased with this facility and I hope any future Imaging appointment will be able to take place at that location.
I was there on 5/2 to have an ultrasound to look for a dvt. Check in was smooth and Michelle my radiology tech took it very seriously. She was outstanding with my situation. She was the best. My experience was an A+
Michelle is absolutely amazing. She is very caring and sensitive. I was extremely anxious all weekend long about the procedure because of the level of pain I was experiencing and she was the perfect antidote!!! Her gentle and loving manner are priceless!!
