“This place is great. First let me say that I didnt purchase my bike from them. The reason I say this is because they were still extremely helpful. I was first approached by a younger guy who helped me immediately with proper lube for my chain and recommended a few locks for my bike. Both worked out great. Then I had a few questions about my bike and another guy helped me, even tightened up my handle bars and assisted me in installing my bike lock on my bike. Customer service was amazing.”

“It's a very nice concept. I had no idea Amazon had pop up shops so I loved the fact that I could go in and get the tech item I was looking for online. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had no issues with the store itself. My reasoning for only 4 stars is because you are not able to purchase any items at a discount... For example, if you have an Amazon gift card or employee discount neither one can be applied to your purchase. That means if you go to the pop up store you pay the price they give you period. I bought an item that should have costed me about $25 for $40 because I had no idea discounts could not be applied. Luckily I had the extra money to pay full price and I was already there so I said well might as well get it now that I'm physically here. Other than that... love the idea of in-store experience. #thumbsup”

I was shocked at how much we saved and thankful and to top it all off the service was great. “Wow! We first discovered shave ice in Maui, and this is comparable. They even had video clips of Maui. We shared a small root beer and blue coconut with vanilla ice cream and condensed milk. It was amazing. We can't wait to go back and try more flavors! They gave us a punch card also. Workers were helpful and nice. The store was clean and fun.”
