Carlos Alberto's MMA & Fitness Center

Trained here for about 3 weeks. Loved my time here! The BJJ instructors are FANTASTIC; highly effective, clear communicators. The mat is pretty large and seamless which is nice (most places have many small mats placed side-by-side, with tons of sweat/dirt/hair/gunk visible between the mats). Good focus on safety, as well as BJJ for both self-defense and sport. Gi and no-gi classes offered. Prices are reasonable and within the ballpark for the area.

My only complaints are that the parking lot is too small, and there aren't any weekend classes (Saturday open mat available). Otherwise, this spot is EXCELLENT!

Best fitness center in Rialto! Instructors and Owner are very professional & helpful. Students learn about themselves with physical and mental discipline, fitness skills, & gain encouragement for their esteem and growth. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to enroll.

I was looking for a gym to get my son into boxing in the area. After reading reviews and checking out a few spots, I decided to sign him up here at Carlos Alberto’s. A few months later and I’m so glad I chose this place! I’ve seen such a change in my son as far as self confidence, physical condition, and overall personality. I’m always here at his practices and I was happy the trainers interact with the students. They take the time to help them individually if needed. And they never push anyone aside if they aren’t keeping up. I also watch the wrestling group and their instructors. They too are so patient and good with the students. The overall atmosphere here is very welcoming and understanding of each individual student’s needs and abilities and they work with everyone to help improve themselves. I made the right choice by coming here and my son is proof of that. Thanks to the entire team at Carlos Alberto’s MMA for all that you guys do for these kids.

Best boxing gym in town!! I enrolled my 11 year old he is loving it. The instructors are very professional and take the time with their students. Great atmosphere, positive attitude, family oriented.

Great Muay Thai coaches and good atmosphere all around. You put in hard work and you will get results. They have some really great 1 on 1 training for those who want it. I am in the MMA program. Team camma
