I first went to the american tire depot next door and they told me it was gonna be 4 hours I had no choice because my tires were ripped. My brother takes a walk and comes here and just asks if they had it the nice lady at the desk said their person was actually getting tires right now and she could get me next in queue at ATD they had 9 people before me. I said f it ill come here and right away they started assessing the problem. Not only was it cheaper, they were better quality tires than the ones ATD was going to give me. Like any work on a car it’s expected to take a couple hours and I dont mind because I trust that they’re doing everything to make sure I leave satisfied! Their waiting area is huge and the seats are nice.

I see the negative reviews and I just see them as people who love to complain for no reason and think they know more than the professionals. The lady at the desk does her job in a professional manner people expect a servant and shes not she is a professional and talks to you like an adult, no bs no sugar coating nothing. I had a great experience here what made it even better was the technician Gabriel he came up to me and explained the situation with one of my front rims and recommended that I get it repaired to a professional because it wouldn't seal correctly and was honest by saying he didn’t feel comfortable trying to fix it himself I liked that. Honesty. It eventually sealed on its own. Plus he was such a sweetheart and handsome.

I am very happy with their service. My wait for my oil change, air filter, and complete brakes with rotors was completed faster than I expected. They are professional and honest. I will be back there again. I highly recommend Rialto Auto Care. Thank you all.
