This company was used as part of a real estate transaction. Termite inspection and required repairs. Whole team (office and in the field) were great and easy to work with. Special thanks to Tanisha who worked though everything with me and made the stressful process as easy as possible.

Fullshield has been a blessing to my family and I, in so many ways. I contacted Alex from FullShield in a panic one day (I made my decision after finding and reading their reviews on Yelp) because we had a rat infestation. I had just had my fourth child and I could not handle having a pest problem on top of everything else. Alex made sure my concerns were heard. He came and treated my house right away. Then we chose to have the house excluded by his associate Emilio to make it harder for pests to enter our home. We were so impressed by Alex and Emilio and FullShield, so much so, that we kept the company for quarterly pest control. Thanks to that service we have less crickets infesting our property. We don't get ants anymore, and haven't seen rats inside the home since their treatment. We will always have pests as long as we have palm trees and citrus trees, but as long as they're not inside my home, I am happy. We appreciate fullshield so much and we recommend them to everyone. Their prices/quotes are incredibly reasonable. You get personalized service and they will answer all of your questions and will be there where and when you need them. I am just so impressed by this company. You don't get service like this anymore. My neighbors like them, too! If you're looking for a pest control company, this one is a great one!

Termites had ravaged our 29 year-old house and we had a lot of work to do on the fascia before we could paint- repair sections of fascia, replace completely other sections. Nobody wanted to touch this job and most would only bid time and material with wide ranging estimates on how long it would take (which is risky, in my opinion).The work needed to be done before we had they house painted and we were in a bind..

Ramon from FullShield came out. He said "we do this all the time", and how will we ever get this done became "no problem."

I had taken pictures of each side of the house and in 30 minutes he marked on the pictures where they would replace/ and where they would repair. We each kept a copy.

We received a prompt bid and they started work. Four days later they were done. I had asked if they take extra caution with our plantings and they did. We had two small divots in the grass that they offered to replace but it was no big deal so I did it myself.

We were very satisfied with the crew and the work. Today our house is painted and looks perfect.

Important: out of all the repairs FullShield made the painter identified 3 spots that were not repaired as agreed. I called Ramon and he had two people out to our house and they made the final repairs without debate. This to me is the mark of professionalism and customer service.

I would use FullShield again in a heartbeat.

They are very loyal to their clients and will go the extra mile to make sure they are providing great service every time they come out.
