I came in for preventative maintenance so I was already healthy but with previous motorcycle crashes, I figured a check-up wouldn't hurt to see my spine's health. Dr. Areta was thorough & specific on mobility tests & did adjustments with care. Being a sushi chef, I look down a lot so he recommended certain core & back exercises to counter anterior head carriage. I'm glad I found a solid chiropractor team for my spine's well-being. She teaches me proper form and explains what muscle groups we’re working and why, and she pushes me past my comfort zone and challenges me. Since our first session together she has always been focused on helping me achieve my specific goals - I have lost weight and built muscle, and I look forward to our workouts every week.
