Rialto Breeze Apartments

Living here has been great. No problems whatsoever. Rent is high everywhere and this place has the best rate in the area, and just because you pay less than other places doesn't mean its a dump. Quite the opposite actually. They have fixed it up to look really nice and the management here is top notch since I've been here. No bug problems. Never been harassed or bothered, everyone that lives here seems really nice and usually greets you with a smile when you walk past them. I am always sent emails or text messages (I asked to receive texts) to keep me up to date on what is going on around the complex, be it if a technician is onsite to fix things or if there is a pie waiting for me in the office at Christmas time. Above and beyond if you ask me. So yeah, that's about it. If you're looking for a place and there's availability, move on in.

Its been 2 years and counting. I have enjoyed my home at Rialto Breeze. The manager is very professional, friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is great. Any repairs Ive needed have been handled swiftly. The lawn is now water efficient which saves us all money. There is no issue with pest control. All in all a great place to live. My only complaint is the third party laundry vendor. Their machines on site always have issues. Im hoping a new vendor will put in a bid to replace the company now in place.
I would recommend Rialto Breeze to anyone looking for a new home at an affordable price.

I have been living at Rialto Breeze Apartments for almost a year now. No complaints. The price is the best in the area. I have never had any noise complaints. The apartments are maintained very well. Other residents are respectful and nice. Management is very quick with maintenance requests especially in emergency situations. I have never had issues with any bugs in or outside of the apartment. The location is perfect. There are lots of schools in walking distance and shopping centers. It is also located close to the freeway.

Me and my little family have been living here for a year now and we actually enjoy living here. We feel safe and comfortable. This spot is just right we have about 3 shopping centers in front , makes running errands so much easier and takes less time. Also we now love how there is more security with the doors being locked at all times. Me and our neighbors feel safe letting our kiddos play outside. I gotta say Virginia is doing a good job to this place!!! She continues to make better changes to the apartments. She is always on it whenever we need something fixed in our home. Very professional. Thank you!
