Company is great to work for!
It's ok the leads are cool and the job is good.
The pay is almost fair for what you do physically, which is unload boxes of varying sizes and weights onto conveyor belts for a 12 hour shift. It used to pay a little more. As to why they dropped the pay beats me. In a warehouse job of this capacity, the pay should gradually go up, NOT DOWN!! THAT'S CORPORATE AMERICAN GREED FOR YOU!!
