(February 19, 2019, 11:33 am)They have the best customer service around. I love the variety of storage units they have. Indoor and outdoor. It's a big lot with lost of units. The guys upfront are welcoming and knowledgeable about any questions you may have. The office is clean. The location is perfect. No other place I'd be willing to store my stuff. Thanks guys!

(January 10, 2019, 12:49 pm)I had an amazing Experience with the manager Ricardo! He had great customer service he is very courtesy and helpful. I love the communication that Extra Space Storage has with there sister stores, since this is how I found this Rialto location.
Ricardo made me feel very comfortable that my things will be there.. and he is honest in any questions or concerns you may have.. Thank You Ricardo! Good prices and Good People! -

(December 29, 2018, 7:17 pm)This place is kept spotless, the floors are always clean in the halls. The manager is always friendly and welcoming. When I first moved in there, I could find a rolling cart and it was easy to bring things in and out of the inside unit. Sadly I had to move out of the area, and my last day there was difficult because all of the carts were gone, I searched all of the buildings and not a one was found, my taking the small things out to my truck one at a time was frustrating not to mention time consuming. The carts were a plus to this storage area.

(October 21, 2018, 6:00 am)A big thank you to Extra Space Storage for making my storage experience extremely easy. First off, I would like to note that my dad started renting the unit when I moved out of my college apartment back in 2016. Changing the unit over to my name to take over the payments took less than 20 minutes with Ricardo's help later on and closing out the unit, even less time than that. Ricardo is very mindful, aware, and carefully monitors the location he manages and also an extremely respectful person to speak with and considerate to his clients. My family and I have never had an issue with him and would recommend this place to others.
