  We chose this place simply because they had 4.5 stars. Often times we'll read the reviews, but this time we made the leap and Western Maki does NOT disappoint!! From the moment we stepped into the adorable restaurant, the woman (who we believed to be the owner; truly wished we had asked her name), greeted us and made sure to answer any questions we had. Her suggestion for that day's 'sampler platter' hit the spot. Everything is made fresh, so you do have to wait a bit, she warned, but we did not feel as though we waited any more time than necessary.

  Very impressed by the Customer Service. She explained everything from what should expect in the food as to how long it would take to prepare. Not disappointed at all. I could tell how fresh the food was. Cozy place. If in town again I would definitely visit this place again.

  Great Customer service!! Food was fresh! Big lobby to sit down eat your food! Great variety of items to choose from! I got teriyaki chicken bowl and another plate that came with a miso soup very good!! I love that it has chicken and sushi in one ..in same place! Big portion of food I got so full and I wanted to try their ice cream!? A++++ will definitely come again and recommend others to come.
