  Hands down the most supportive, informative, and encouraging group of individuals involved in strength and physical training in the area. With that comes a great group of coaches committed to your fitness, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and teaching the components to success. Taking the first step was difficult and humbling but I am thankful that with the help of Gino, Sam and the rest of the Vibe team, physical activity and accountability has become part of my daily routine. Still a work in progress but thankful I took that first step.

  I love this place, they all make you feel that you are part of the team from the first day, they are always motivating you to do the exercises and the atmosphere that you breathe is very fun, you spend your time very fast.

  Best decision I have ever made the coaches are great they will work with u if u need modifications on certain exercises. Everyone at vibe has a positive attitude and is there to help one another. The work out are amazing they have help me get out of my comfort zone and I have seen a difference in my mobility. Is all about having a positive attitude and embracing the journey to a healthy lifestyle. ????????

  Gino and Sam are the most amazing coaches! And I would know as I've gone through many coaches and gyms in my lifetime. They intuitively have the perfect balance of knowing when and how much to push you-and when to step back and let you figure some things out for yourself. Whatever your goals may be, they help you reach them. They have created a nice community where everyone helps each other and you don't feel alone in your journey.

  I have always struggled getting myself to the gym, but Vibe is so welcoming and makes workouts fun. The coaches and other members are super friendly and helpful. There’s lots of resources for healthy eating and events to go to. It doesn’t matter what level you are at. It’s the best environment that makes you want to go to the gym and stay healthy with a great group of people.
