“I found this new spot by coincidence. spoke to Mr Mendoza about some issues I was having with my laptop and how I was about to give up fixing it. He was really helpful and confident about how to fix it to the point that I decided to give it a shot. I usually bring my laptop or desktop to Geek Squad for updates and repairs, but I won't do it anymore. I got tired of being ripped of by this company not only for charging me $50 just for bringing my PC in, but also for not finding a solution to its problem. I brought my laptop the next day and a few hours later it was up and running like new. my laptop recovered its speed and performance with not issues at all. I was kind of scare to ask how much for the job.... oh my surprise it cost me less than $50. I was ready to give him $200 after all the money that Geek Squad took from me without founding a solution. “I've been to many repair shops over the years (I break phones a lot) and Life Upgrade was one of the coolest looking little shops I've been into. He fixed my phone fast and even ordered a part for me which came pretty fast and was able to get my sons iPad fixed finally. I did'nt feel like I was just another customer with a dollar sign over my head. We chatted and he explained everything that he was doing. “I found this office to be very quaint and cozy. The staff is excellent. I had some bridge work done back on September 2016 and Dr. Newsham was very gentle and thorough and the work looks great. I even got a call that evening to see how I was feeling. It took me about one month to complete the process because Dr. Newsham wanted to make sure everything fit perfectly the way he wanted. He even rebuilt the bridge that was improperly built by the outside vendor. He made sure I was comfortable with everything prior to permanently cementing it. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to any and everyone. Great hidden secret in the area. ”
