So we had a very old microwave that we didn't know what was wrong with it.

We took it everywhere, Sear's, other repair shops, and every single one of them said the repair would take roughly 1 month and cost $300.

We found these guys as a reference from a friend, and upon his insistence, I thought we'd give them a try.

After paying the initial $20 (which goes towards the repair cost), he directly told us the issue was with the magnetron and gave us a price of roughly $140.

We took it to these guys at 1 o'clock, and to our great surprise, a call comes in at 3:30 saying the repair is finished and that we can come pick it up when we're free.

The repair literally took a few hours!

Not only that, they repaired the microwave with the proper manufacturer parts and made sure that it meet our expectations before we took it out to our car.

Needless to say, it did.

Lastly, Junior, the man who worked with us, said the total cost would be $145, but since he said $140 before, we only had to pay $140.

It's not the $5 reduction which we were thankful for, it was the honesty which we appreciated from him.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys, they're honest, hard-working, amd have your best interest at heart.
