Great way To bond with my Son, We both started a Month ago. I’m down 10 pounds and I got my son off his Games. All he wants to do is go to Practice, Also in these society it feels great knowing my Son can protect his self at school💪

(February 16, 2020, 1:44 pm)If you're thinking about taking up Muay Thai or boxing, CMMTG is the place to do it. I get nervous in gyms, had very little experience with martial arts, and am not a natural athlete, but joining was the best decision I've made in a long time. The workouts are hard, but I've learned a lot and have gotten in much better shape in the few months I've been coming. I have fun every time I go to class, and I actually look forward to it every week.The atmosphere is supportive, everyone is welcoming and kind, and Kru O. is incredibly patient. I can't recommend this place enough.

(March 16, 2019, 4:32 pm)My son and I have been coming here for over a month now. It’s perfect for an old man like me (44) to get back in shape and perfect for my 8 year old son. Kru O, Danya and Alex have all been great teachers. You’re never too old or too young to learn Muay Thai @ CMMTG.
