The staff here was so good. My husband is a Hyatt Globalist and we stay at Hyatt Place a lot. It was very clean. It is getting a little dated and worn out but it's still safe, clean and comfortable. I recommend Hyatt get this place back up to Hyatt standards. Excellent breakfast and breakfast staff. Would stay here again.

Place was overall very nice. I arrived very late and the staff was at the desk ready to assist. Everything felt clean and well sorted.

We had a good stay here, though it turned out to be a busy weekend due to hockey tournaments. The hotel is a slightly older building with a lot of updates. You'll notice things like lower ceiling heights and fluorescent light fixtures. However the stay was good overall. The continental breakfast had a great selection, though many items continue to be prepackaged since Covid. Definitely looking for a return of regular solid dishes, fresh hot waffles, fresh fruit salad, and so on served for the breakfast.

I have been staying at this hotel for over a month for work and I absolutely hate staying in hotels for long periods of time. I had the most enjoyable experience here because of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The staff would always greet me by name when I walked in and asked me if I needed anything. Special shoutout to Wagner and Brandon for going above and beyond in customer service! They made the experience above 5 star! They made me feel at home away from home and should be rewarded for there hard work. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

I would recommend this spot to ANYONE! Especially those people who aren't trying to pay outrageous pricing but, still want a sweet room! Their basic rooms are super nice, artistically modern and have some style I haven't seen in many other hotels! Place is worth every penny!
