Tim is an excellent plumber and a genuinely nice guy. I own three houses in Redlands over 100 years old and have used Tim several times on all three. I first discovered him about three years ago after another plumber had broken his router bit off in a clogged sewer line and he recommended Tim as possessing the expertise to remove the broken bit and unclog the line. He did so rapidly, efficiently, and at a very fair price. Just yesterday he completed a complicated job of replacing a wall mounted faucet that had broken off and was spewing water. The faucet valve had corroded into place and broken in half. Tim was able to work out the remaining valve pieces and replace the valve. Otherwise it would have been necessary to cut into the wall tile or in the bedroom wall behind it to replace all the rough plumbing. What a lifesaver and money saver. I can’t recommend him enough.
