Long story short, I came in for like 3 alignments in the time span of about a month and a half due to car complications and work being done on it. They helped me out and did everything I requested. I appreciate their patience as I was rather particular with some requests. Specifically, thank you Nick and the technicians who worked on my car. You were a great help in returning my car to the smooth operation it once provided.

Ive been to many mechanic shops but this place is the BEST!!!

Amazing place, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ANDY & RIVER ARE THE BEST!! I was on my way to the store when my tire completely deflated. I did not have a lot of money to buy a new one and the closest tire shop was BIG O TIRES.

I asked ANDY and River if they would be willing to put on my spare tire since my funds were low. They said Yes! I was relieved.

As it turns out my spare tire was too small for my car....

I am not shocked because the used car shop I got the car from didn't seem completely above board... That's another story for another day...

Anyway they allowed me to go get the cheapest tire I could and still installed it. FOR FREE!!!

I truly thank them for such kindness because I really could not afford much that day. I will pay it forward
