  I lost my mother on January 24, 2022. From the initial consultation call through internment, the staff at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel handled everything with such care and respect.
  (I will admit, I asked my dad to call around and find somewhere closer to his home, or to my mother's internment site. I'm glad he ignored my request.)
  After experiencing first hand how expensive funerals can be out of state, I was pleasantly surprised to see Bobbitt had reasonable pricing and several options to work with different budget tiers. I also love that they work with local florist shops.
  Ryan worked with our family to check off everything on my mother's Must Have lost for her final arrangements. Heshowed extreme care in getting everything just right. Tyler was with Ryan on the day of my mother's mass, and the two gentleman did everything perfectly.

  Tyler and the rest of the staff at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel was infact a great place to have our loved one be taken care of by them. My husband Lost his sister (my sister inlaw) On FEBRUARY 2nd of 2021 (Not do to Covid-19) And Bobbitt Memorial Chapel brought her into their care as soon as we signed the paperwork. Tyler was such a great funeral director from beginning to end, he made sure we were involved in the whole process and was very very attentive with all and every questions we had or needed him for.I Highly recommend this place and if i could give a 10 star review i would!!!.. THANKS AGAIN TYLER!!

  Tyler made everything go so smoothly, 100% recommended. We had just lost our sister last week and they were able to get her there as soon as we signed the papers. I have no other words but thank you Tyler, and Bobbitt memorial chapel staff. They were really understanding and patient with us, made us feel so involved with our loved one. Every other place has a different staff for different jobs. Bobbitt Memorial Chapel has one person from the beginning to the end, that is the difference. We matter, and our decision matters. Thank you again Tyler from the bottom of our hearts. For helping us put my sister to rest.

  Two weeks ago, we lost my 91 year old father-in-law. My wife had prearranged a very affordable cremation package for him a few years ago with John Bobbitt as dementia began to kick in while he was in assisted living. Within an hour after the phone call about his passing, a Bobbitt team member was on site after his three kids had time to say goodbye. They graciously supported our entire family as well as honored dad in preparing his transport. Once we made our way over to the Chapel offices, Bruce Ewing not only helped us walk through the required planning and paperwork. but he went out of his way to schedule military honors out of state at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minnesota. As Bruce was on the phone making these arrangements, John Bobbitt personally stepped in and share his condolences.
  I have been a pastor for three decades and officiated dozens of memorial and graveside services. This family owned business has consistently provided exceptional care, support, kindest and service to every family I have had the honor to help celebrate the life and legacy of their loved ones, no matter it be planing, viewings, chapel services or graveside memorials. Now having personally experienced it with my own family, I could not give a higher recommendation nor word of appreciation than what I have for John and the Bobbitt Memorial Chapel staff.

  I was very satisfied with the service I received from Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in burying my parents. We had gotten burial insurance several years ago and the slight costs caused by inflation over the intervening years were minimal, so almost all costs and all the decisions were taken care of ahead of time, reducing most of the stress of the burials.
  
  Bobbitt personnel, especially Bruce Ewing, who took care of our arrangements, were kind, professional, and efficient. Whether it coordinating funeral and burial services between the church and the national cemetery, or gently nudging us when our wake ran overtime, or moving the flowers and memorial display from one venue to another, they did a wonderful job. We had several things go wrong-- from my brother getting lost and showing up late for the funeral to the hurricane-strength winds at the national cemetery to the church being very slow to respond with the time of their availability for the funeral Mass to my inability to locate my father’s military uniform for his burial—but, through it all, the Bobbitt staff acted with patience and dignity.
  
  My father had served 27 years in the military and had served in three wars and I was amazed with the dignity of his flag ceremony at the national cemetery with taps and three-gun salute. Mr. Ewing helped arrange for the Blue Angels to deliver my father’s flag with a dignity I associate with a presidential funeral.
  
  Although the staff shared information about additional products available when asked, there was no attempt to pressure you into buying anything. I did decide to purchase a shadow box to display my father’s medals after the one I had originally purchased from a local craft store developed a crack and scratches. The engraved, oak flag display case and the oak shadow box I purchased through Bobbitt were of such superior quality to the craft store versions that I considered their prices quite reasonable.
  
  In every way we were very pleased with the services and products we received from Bobbitt. I am very grateful that we selected Bobbitt to act as the funeral home for my parents’ burials, I do not think they could have done a better job.
