The staff was super polite and the mammogram was quick and painless. I was nervous but the technicians were calming and helpful. They even did my ultrasound the same day, I was scheduled to come back for the ultrasound in 5 days, but did not have to.....Great experience !!!!!!!!

In the room with her my anxiety’s melted away! She is the kind of person that should be in the medical field! Also I had a ultrasound 2 days from today and they were able to get me inside instead of having to come back! All front seat staff are very nice! Not a long wait at all!
On my way out the mammogram tech said my name and to say hi to my son Liam!!! She actually remembered my name and especially my sons name!!!!🙌🏻🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Also the ultrasound tech was super sweet also her name is Bianca and her room was decorated so nice! Such a great distraction for patients getting ultrasounds when they are nervous! I had a great experience at this location! Everyone I came across was really nice! Both Technicians made my visit go smoothly with how Scard I was feeling inside!

I had a great experience with the staff and technicians at Palm Imaging. My doctor kept placing incorrect orders, there was a problem with my authorization, and was sent erroneously to another imaging center... but the Palm Imaging staff helped me to resolve all these issues.
Once my tests were completed, I walked in and received a copy of my images on CD and a paper report within 10 minutes. Excellent and no fuss! Thank you so much!!!

This place itself was really wonderful, the area, not so much. Yes, the area is horrible, but it is just representative of what California has become giving everything away for "free" and is not Palm's fault. It was a pretty big shock coming from a fairly affluent area that is not crime ridden to come here, however the people that are employed at Palm Imaging are very professional, kind and expedient in their jobs. I arrived for an MRI and the receptionist was kind and pleasant. The waiting room was full of trashy people that in some ways scared me, in some ways shocked me (people are really like this!?) and in other ways entertained me (why our society pays for clearly capable people that can work to get free health care and not work is beyond me), however I digress. I was taken to the MRI machine within a half an hour and was provided courteous and expedient service by the professional technician. I was provided a locker with key to store my personal belongings and all said in done I was there a little over an hour and a half. Unlike many of the free loaders in the waiting room, I have a large deductible on my insurance and am paying for the MRI myself and I truly appreciate that Palm Imaging has such cheaper prices compared to other facilities. I am thinking many of the bad reviews are from the free loader types that are accustomed to complaining and have no jobs, therefore they have nothing better to do. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Palm Imaging.
