  I absolutely appreciate everything this company, especially Stephen, has done for me. It has taken a while, but no stone was left unturned. They are very thorough and my case was taken very seriously. Stephen, and his office, did a very wonderful job. They took my case very seriously and it ended wonderfully. I will use this firm again if I ever need to, and I highly recommend the firm to anybody else!

  After I inquired why I was not being paid OT according to Ca law, my private employer suddenly decided that I was no longer a 'good fit'. I telephoned several employment law firms. However, my inquiries were met with silence (no call back) or rejection (by one firm that did call back). Finally, I found Steve Danz and Associates. I called and was amazed to be called back by the attorney and not an intake interviewer. Steve took the case and has been amazing with the breadth of his legal knowledge and strength of character- both moral and legal. I know I am in very good hands and the case is moving along exactly according to his description of the process.   I was employed by a very prestigious company for ten years when I developed a medical condition which was job related. Instead of working with me to find a different position, they chose to terminate. Because of their stature, I had a difficult time finding a law firm that was willing to take them on. I was down to the wire on my filing date when I received a call from Steve. He heard of my situation from my Workers Comp attorney, and was interested in hearing more.
