  I came in looking for a nice touchscreen stereo for my 96 integra, I told them what I was looking for, and they automatically knew my taste just from a few words of what I wanted, and they also provided multiple alternative cheaper choices. I didn’t feel like I was pressured into anything, and the employees were chill, and helpful and way more informative. They worked with me, and my budget and was able to give me a hell of an offer. If anybody out there is looking to buy a stereo online first then get it installed, honestly don’t lol , just come here, it’s a waste of time and money if you do it that way. Definitely a place for my future purchases.

  Carlos and the whole staff are amazing. I was treated with an immense amount of respect and care! Not only did they welcome me to stay while they performed the work they provided me with an area to watch a movie with refreshments. Finally an automotive business that treats women with respect and honor! Carlos also gave me an incredible deal! Another place quoted me about $400 more for less work. Thank you James & Carlos for the excellent standard of care????

  One of the best stereo shops I’ve been too! the staff is experienced and friendly, they have a big selection of quality audio brands and the best prices in town hands down !! Had a great experience here.

  After a terrible day dealing with Best Buy, I came to Stereo City out of desperation to complete an install. I spoke with Carlos and he was extremely helpful. They answered all my questions, and perfectly fixed the mess that I had been dealing with. I wish I would have come here first, as the professionalism is outstanding and the customer service shines. They were even able to fit me in same day, very understanding of my frustration with poor service elsewhere. I recommend Stereo City to anyone looking for excellent quality and great service.

  Great customer service by Carlos. He will definitely work with you to satisfy your needs. Will definitely go above and beyond to acommodate you with any question or concerns you may have. Very friendly and efficient and did far more than what i had expected. Will definitely come back!
