Very happy with the customer service my wife and I were provided at this branch yesterday. We had pulled a loan for a trailer and were having some headaches with the dealerships verification process (and had limited time to make it right). The branch manager David and employee Jonathan (sorry if spelt incorrectly) worked with a sense of urgency, understanding, and didn’t stop till they found a solution. Another representative at this store (never got her name) offered a creative solution that worked. The way they worked as a team and made us feel along the way was beyond amazing customer service. They worked on it all the way up until closing time on a Friday! I am very satisfied with NFCU collectively, NFCU continues to do things that solidifies why I won’t bank with anyone else. Thank you all x10!
