“This place is connected to the wiener schnitzels. The root beer floats are good and they have very good ice creams. The prices have gotten a little more expensive but their desserts are very tasty. They have a lot of different types of ice creams to choose from such as Banana Splits, root beer floats, ice cream sundaes and just a plain soft serve ice cream. They are pretty fast but all in all the food is pretty good.”

“There are ups and downs to this place for sure. It's on the pricey side, but the location close to campus is amazing. The rooms are decently sized, and it's nice to have your own bathroom. The kitchen's are really nice, but one fridge is too little space for 4 people. The amenities are really nice, like the pool and fitness center (though a stair climber would be super nice to ad). It is frustrating though that they insist on packages being sent to the office despite the office taking a day or two to process them and sometimes forgetting to send emails about them being there (which they require for pickup). Management is really nice and they try and do a lot of fun things for residents, but communication is problematic. If they say that they can do something for you or that you can do something, GET IT IN WRITING and make sure they put a note on the account because someone else will tell you something different or say they don't have record. For example, when I was moving in I told them I wanted a parking garage in my building, they said okay you are on the list. Then I got an email saying I wasn't. Then I called again and they once again said okay you have it. I also emailed about 5 times saying that I wanted it. Then they emailed saying that no one signed up for the garage in our apartment so they gave it away to someone not living there, despite my numerous calls and emails saying I had it. If they say you are on a list or that you have gotten something GET PROOF and hold them to it.”
